Michael Denning joined Patricia Forgione Realty Network Inc. in 1998.

Michael served as a Police Officer for 20 years, having spent those years with the NYPD, Town of Eastchester PD and finishing his career with Westchester County PD before retiring from Law Enforcement in 2011.

Michael has been a lifelong resident of both Eastchester and New Rochelle. He has owned his home in Bronxville Manor since 2006, moving from his Co Op in New Rochelle to raise a family with his wife, JoAnn in the same neighborhood, where he grew up.

The son of an Irish immigrant, carpenter and residential contractor, Michael has worked side by side with his father in the home renovation business for over 30 years. This knowledge of the construction trades gives his buyers and sellers, a leg up on the competition.

Combined with his knowledge of the County’s cities, towns and villages and its unique neighborhoods, he can serve you best.
