Helped me rent a home. Colleen was absolutely wonderful to work with in finding a renter for our home. she was available 24/7 to answer questions, show the property, etc. her knowledge of the local area and rental market and negotiation skills allowed us to get the best rental terms possible. she was extremely respectful of the property making sure any agents or viewers wore protective booties so no dirt was trekked inside the home. she helped us every step of the way from photo staging to the renter moving in. We were first time renters so were very unfamiliar with the process and she was so helpful. we will definitely work with her again in the future!!!!
